Overview

AnchorSpot is a captive-portal platform that turns any existing wireless infrastructure into a policy-driven guest network. It authenticates visitors via SMS OTP, WhatsApp, social-media OAuth, printed vouchers, corporate sponsor approval or hotel PMS integration. All sessions are logged with identity binding to satisfy Turkish Law 5651 and KVKK requirements.

Packages

AnchorSpot is available in three tiers. Start covers single-site deployments with SMS and social login. Business adds voucher management, sponsor approval, PMS integration and multi-site support. Edge bundles the appliance for air-gapped or low-latency scenarios with local RADIUS and offline caching.

Technical Specifications

AnchorSpot communicates with access points and controllers via RADIUS (RFC 2865/2866) and supports CoA (RFC 5176) for dynamic session control. The platform integrates with Cisco WLC, Aruba Mobility Controllers, FortiGate, MikroTik and Huawei AC series. API access is available over REST with OAuth 2.0 bearer tokens. The splash-page editor outputs responsive HTML/CSS served from a global CDN or the local Edge appliance.

Compliance

Every authentication event is recorded with a timestamp, verified identity (phone number, social ID or TCKN), MAC address and session duration. Logs are retained for the legally mandated period and can be exported in CSV or forwarded to AnchorLog for tamper-evident archival with RFC 3161 timestamps.
